Product Updates:
Search Improvements: You can search inside your files. With familiar look and feel and strong searching capabilities you can search for file names (including wild cards) and also search inside the ".doc", ".docx", ".xls", ".xlsx", ".ppt", ".pptx", ".txt", ".htm", ".html", ".pdf", ".tif", ".tiff" file types for keywords. It is super fast and accurate.
Grouping Sub-Accounts: By adding sub-accounts to a Group, you can avoid having to grant the same permission to many different users one by one. Members of a group have the same permissions as it is defined for the Group.
PDF Thumbnails: View your PDF files as thumbnails.
Facebook Integration: This feature allows you to easily share your files or folders on social networking site facebook.
Google Docs Viewer: A quick and easy way to view PowerPoint, PDF, and TIFF files.
Send and Receive Faxes: We have partnered with Interfax a leading provider of Internet Fax Service. This feature provides a complete Business Fax solution, with no installation.
Update Notification: This feature allows the administrator to setup an email notification when a file in a shared folder gets uploaded or updated. It also allows the admin to specify which sub-accounts should get the notification email.
